Confirms my style of work on so many fronts. Thanks for this. My favorite quote is "The market/people reward(s) execution rather than ideas". Now if one evolves their wisdom to focus execution to maximize impact, then magic happens. A careful balance of Smart + Wisdom is my personal north star. Of course easier said than done.
